Dress on a Dime was established in 2008 by Kal DePaco and Shelly Gomez, two moms from the Santa Clarita Valley. Kal is an elementary school teacher and mom to Chase and Bella. Shelly is a stay at home mom with two sons, Sam and Ben.

The idea for Dress on a Dime came about when our children were young and we wanted to find a way to make a little extra money, but still have the flexibility to spend time with our families.

As we discussed what we like to do, shopping kept coming to the top of the list! We did some research and discovered that there was no consignment event for women in our area. We loved the consignment concept- recycle used clothing, earn extra money, find great bargains, donate to charities-everyone wins! It was a perfect way to merge our passion with our desire to earn extra money.

The response to our sales has been remarkable, and we are growing with each sale. Women that shop love the great deals and consignors are thrilled to make extra money on the clothes they no longer wear. We hope your experience is as rewarding!
